 Food-borne pathogen

There has been limit that most of the food poisoning bacteria are tough to cul tivate and also it is hard to disting uished by existing classification meth ods. That is, it is necessary to establish an abundant database as solution.

 Omics

To prevent further food-poisoning situation, genetic information from metagenome to single complete gen ome is need to develop prediction models and investigate dynamics of the target.

 Research

Active and Rapid handling of the con tinuous food-poisoning is strongly asso ciated with constant research aimed on the bacteria.

 Center

FORC will be the center of the genetic analysis of deleterious food-poisoning bacteria, based on FORC DB.
